摘 要:随着城市建设的发展需求,上跨既有交通线的大跨度斜拉桥越来越常见,其中以转体施工居多。转体斜拉桥与普通斜拉桥的区别在于转体前二期恒载无法施工,索力无法按成桥索力计算,同时转体前桥梁的线型也至关重要,否则将无法合龙。目前最常见的是两次调索法,转体前以线型为准,索力按成桥索力的70%~80%进行控制,成桥后再二次调索甚至三次调索。本文以大同市平城街高架主桥为背景,利用逆向思维,通过成桥索力反推施工各阶段的索力,采用Midas有限元分析软件进行计算分析,制定了一次调索方案,在保证了索力、结构内力以及线型在规范要求范围内的同时,减少调索的次数。工程实践证明此方法是成功的,可为类似工程斜拉索施工提供参考。With the development needs of urban construction,large-span cable-stayed bridges that cross existing traffic lines are becoming increasingly common,with most of them constructed using the rotation method.The difference between a rotating cable-stayed bridge and a conventional one lies in the fact that before rotation,the second-stage permanent load cannot be constructed,and the cable forces cannot be calculated based on the final bridge cable forces.Moreover,the line shape of the bridge before rotation is crucial,otherwise it will not be possible to close the gap..The most common method currently is the two-time cable adjustment method,where before rotation,the line shape is taken as the standard,and the cable forces are controlled at 70%~80%of the final bridge cable forces.After the bridge is completed,there may be a second or even a third cable adjustment.Taking the Pingcheng Street viaduct in Datong as the background,this paper uses reverse thinking to reversely calculate the cable forces at each construction stage from the final bridge cable forces.The Midas finite element analysis software is used for calculation and analysis,and a single cable adjustment scheme is developed.This method ensures that the cable forces,structural internal forces,and line shape are within the range specified by the standards while reducing the number of cable adjustments.The engineering practice proves that this method is successful,which can provide a reference for the construction of cable-stayed bridges in similar projects.
