摘  要:某智慧梁场生产线,在梁体拆模后从浇筑区移动至蒸养静置区的过程中,发现局部出现竖向裂缝。通过检测裂缝发展情况以及运梁轨道平整度,经理论计算自重荷载标准组合下混凝土最大裂缝宽度与实测值基本吻合,深入分析得出了梁体裂缝的形成原因为运梁轨道平整度不足。为解决上述问题,采取了更换刚度大的轨道、增加运梁台车行走轮等改进措施,显著提高了运梁过程中的稳定性和平整度,有效预防了梁体开裂现象的发生。综上所述,智慧梁场虽然实现了高效智能化生产,但在地基选址、轨道平整度及刚度等方面仍需严格把控,以保证梁体结构实体质量。In an intelligent beam yard production line,vertical cracks were observed in localized areas during the transfer of beams from the casting zone to the steam curing static area after formwork removal.Through systematic monitoring of crack propagation and precise measurement of the flatness of the beam transfer rails,theoretical calculations of the maximum crack width under standard self-weight load combinations showed a high degree of consistency with actual measurement values.Indepth analysis revealed that the primary cause of the cracks was inadequate flatness of the beam transfer rails.To address this issue,corrective measures were implemented,including replacing the existing tracks with stiffer rails and adding additional traveling wheels to the beam-carrying vehicles.These improvements significantly enhanced stability and flatness during beam transportation,effectively preventing the occurrence of cracking.In conclusion,while intelligent beam yards have achieved efficient and automated production,strict control over critical factors such as foundation selection,track flatness,and stffness remains essential to ensure the structural integrity of prefabricated beams.
