摘 要:随着城市化进程的加快,超高层建筑如雨后春笋般涌现,不规则超高层建筑凭借独特造型备受瞩目,但也给结构设计带来了巨大挑战。以阿联酋226 m高的建筑项目为例,通过现场监测、风洞试验等方法分析风重耦合作用下其结构响应与稳定性。结果表明在风速为10、25、45 m/s时,最大位移分别为436、770、1 496 mm,最大应力为107.2、135.6、170.3 MPa;并且在45 m/s风速下,风载应力从底部的25.9 MPa增至顶部的35.3 MPa,提高了36.3%,而建筑结构重量提供的应力从底部的144.4 MPa减至最高处的11.9 MPa;对于地表沉降方面,建筑底部中心位置沉降值随时间的推移呈现先快速增加而后逐渐趋于平稳的趋势,最大值为22.8 mm;不同空间的地表沉降值则表现出由近风口向远风口逐渐增加的趋势,近风口最小为20.9 mm,远风口最大为24.1 mm。With the acceleration of urbanization,super high-rise buildings are springing up,and irregular super high-rise buildings have attracted much attention due to their unique shapes,but they also bring great challenges to structural design.Taking a 226 m high building project in the United Arab Emirates as an example,the structural response and stability of the building are analyzed by on-site monitoring and wind tunnel tests under the effect of wind-gravity coupling.The results show that at wind speeds of 10,25,and 45 m/s,the maximum displacements are 436,770,and 1496 mm,and the maximum stresses are 107.2,135.6,and 170.3 MPa,respectively;and at a wind speed of 45 m/s,the wind-loaded stress increases from 25.9 MPa at the bottom to 35.3 MPa at the top,which is an increase of 36.3%,whereas the stress provided by the weight of the building structure decreased from 144.4 MPa at the bottom to 11.9 MPa at the highest point.For the surface settlement,the settlement value at the centre of the bottom of the building shows a rapid increase over time and then tends to be stable,with a maximum value of 22.8 mm;the surface settlement values in dfferent spaces show a gradual increase from the near wind opening to the far wind opening,with a minimum of 20.9 mm at the near wind opening and a maximum of 24.1 mm at the far wind opening.
