中药特色质量管理模式在内科中药饮片中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：分析中药特色质量管理模式在内科中药饮片管理的实际效果。选取北京市密云区中医医院2021年1月―2022年12月期间的中药饮片管理模式作为研究对象。其中,2021年1月―12月未实施中药特色质量管理模式,即实施前阶段;2022年1月至12月正式实施中药特色质量管理模式,即实施后阶段。对比实施前后中药饮片和处方管理的质量评分,以及不合格饮片的登记情况。研究结果显示,在特色质量管理实施后,中药饮片及处方管理质量在采购储存、药品调剂、煎煮及处方合理性四个维度评分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05);在特色质量管理实施后,不合格饮片的总发生率明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。研究发现,中药特色质量管理模式在内科中药饮片管理中能够发挥重要作用,不仅能提升饮片管理的质量,还能降低中药饮片的储存损耗。To analyze the actual effectiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic quality management model in the management of internal medicine Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Select the management mode of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces at Miyun District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Beijing from January 2021 to December 2022 as the research object.Among them,the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic quality management model was not implemented from January to December 2021,that is,the pre implementation stage;The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic quality management model will be officially implemented from January to December 2022,which is the post implementation stage.Compare the quality scores of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and prescription management before and after implementation,as well as the registration of unqualified decoction pieces.The research results showed that after the implementation of characteristic quality management,the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and prescription management scored significantly higher in the four dimensions of procurement and storage,drug dispensing,decoction,and prescription rationality than before implementation(P<0.05);After the implementation of characteristic quality management,the total incidence of unqualified decoction pieces was significantly lower than before implementation(P<0.05).Research has found that the characteristic quality management model of traditional Chinese medicine can play an important role in the management of internal medicine Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces.It can not only improve the quality of decoction piece management,but also reduce the storage loss of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces.
