穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩护理在腰椎术后防治便秘的应用分析

摘　　要：分析腰椎术后患者联合应用穴位贴敷与腹部按摩护理对便秘情况的防治效果。选取的研究对象为2024年1月―2024年6月期间在贵州省铜仁市人民医院采取腰椎手术治疗的60例患者,所有患者均表现出术后便秘,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组在术后应用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上应用穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩护理,比较分析两组患者的便秘改善情况以及其他临床指标。结果显示,观察组的排便优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在术后48 h和72 h,观察组的排便次数、矢气次数显著多于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的术后首次排便时间显著早于对照组,每次排便时间和排便间隔时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩护理可有效改善腰椎术后便秘患者的临床情况,推动患者更好地恢复正常排便与排气功能,护理效果优良,值得推广应用。To analyze the preventive and therapeutic effects of combining acupoint application and abdominal massage nursing on constipation in patients after lumbar spine surgery.The selected research subjects were 60 patients who underwent lumbar spine surgery at Tongren City People's Hospital from January 2024 to June 2024.All patients showed postoperative constipation and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,while the observation group received acupoint application combined with abdominal massage care on the basis of the control group.The improvement of constipation and other clinical indicators in the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the excellent defecation rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);At 48 and 72 hours after surgery,the observation group had significantly more bowel movements and sagittal movements than the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the observation group had significantly earlier postoperative first bowel movements than the control group,and the time and interval between bowel movements were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that acupoint application combined with abdominal massage can effectively improve the clinical condition of patients with constipation after lumbar spine surgery,promote the recovery of normal defecation and exhaust function,and have excellent nursing effects,which are worth promoting and applying.
