中医护理理念在儿科临床护理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：研究中医护理理念在儿科临床护理中的实践成效。在2022年1月―2023年12月期间,从新疆医科大学附属中医医院选取80例患儿,利用随机数字表法平均分为对照组和试验组,每组各有40例患儿,对照组采用标准的常规护理模式,而试验组则在对照组的护理基础上,融入中医护理理念进行护理服务,并对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果显示,试验组负性情绪评分、不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理依从性、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在儿科临床护理中融入中医护理理念,能够显著改善患儿的负性情绪,降低不良反应发生率,提升患儿的护理依从性,以及提高患儿家属的满意度。To study the practical effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine nursing concepts in pediatric clinical nursing.From January 2022 to December 2023,80 pediatric patients were selected from the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received standard routine nursing care,while the experimental group received nursing services incorporating traditional Chinese medicine nursing concepts based on the nursing of the control group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the negative emotion score and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The compliance and satisfaction with nursing care in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that incorporating traditional Chinese medicine nursing concepts into pediatric clinical nursing can significantly improve negative emotions in children,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,enhance nursing compliance,and increase nursing satisfaction among children's families.
