摘　　要：探究有创动脉血压监测在ICU危重症患者中的应用效果及护理措施。选取贵州医科大学第二附属医院2023年10月―2024年2月收治的72例ICU危重症患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,患者均接受有创动脉血压监测,其中对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以针对性护理,对比两组患者护理满意度、不良反应发生率、血压状态和生活质量改善情况。研究结果显示,观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05):护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压水平均高于对照组,生活质量(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对ICU危重症患者进行有创动脉血压监测期间予以针对性护理措施效果显著,患者不良反应发生率较低,护理满意度较高,护理后的血压状态和生活质量显著改善,值得推广应用。To explore the application effect and nursing measures of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in critically ill patients in ICU.72 critically ill ICU patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from October 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.All patients received invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring,with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving targeted care.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions,blood pressure status,and improvement in quality of life of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the satisfaction rate of comprehensive nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the average systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the quality of life(SF-36)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that targeted nursing measures during invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring for critically ill ICU patients have significant effects,with a low incidence of adverse reactions and high satisfaction with comprehensive nursing.The blood pressure status and quality of life after nursing have significantly improved,and it is worth promoting and applying.
