摘　　要：目的探讨现代化管理理念对医院病案统计工作质量及工作效率的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月梓潼县人民医院的42名病案管理工作人员为研究对象。2022年6—12月采取传统病案管理措施(对照组),2023年1—6月采取现代化病案管理措施(观察组)。对比两组工作质量、工作效率、病案统计失误情况。结果观察组工作质量总分为(89.26±2.61)分,高于对照组的(80.29±2.06)分,差异有统计学意义(t=19.035,P<0.05)。观察组工作效率评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组病案统计失误发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将现代化管理理念应用于医院病案统计工作中能够改善工作质量,提高工作效率,进一步减少病案统计失误。Objective To explore the impact of modernized management concepts on the quality and efficiency of hospital case statistics.Methods Forty-two case management staff of Zitong County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects from June 2022 to June 2023,and traditional case management measures(control group)were taken from June to December 2022,and modernized case management measures(observation group)were taken from January to June 2023.The two groups were compared in terms of work quality,work efficiency,and errors in case statistics.Results The total work quality score of the observation group was 89.26±2.61,higher than 80.29±2.06 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.035,P<0.05).The work efficiency scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of case statistics errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modern management concepts in hospital case statistics can improve the quality of work,increase work efficiency,and further reduce case statistics errors.
