基于PDCA循环管理模式的呼吸内科护理团队建设与工作效率及质量提升的策略分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于PDCA循环管理模式的呼吸内科护理团队建设策略及其对护理人员工作效率与质量的提升效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年3月京山仁和医院呼吸内科的10名护理人员作为传统组,实施常规的护理管理模式,2023年4月—2024年6月将同一批护理人员纳入探究组,实施PDCA循环管理模式,对比两组管理效果。结果探究组的工作质量和工作效率优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组职业倦怠感评分中的情感耗竭(1.49±0.28)分、去人格化(1.49±0.20)分低于传统组(3.37±0.20)分、(3.67±0.13)分,个人成就感(5.43±0.23)分高于传统组的(3.58±0.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.278、28.900、20.455,P均<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环管理模式的呼吸内科护理团队建设策略,能够提升护理人员的工作效率与服务质量,同时减轻其职业倦怠感。Objective To explore the strategy of respiratory nursing team building based on PDCA cycle management model and its effect on improving the work efficiency and quality of nursing staff.Methods Ten nurses from the Respiratory Department of Jingshan Renhe Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the traditional group to implement the conventional nursing management mode.The same group of nurses were included in the research group from April 2023 to June 2024 to implement the PDCA cycle management mode,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The work quality and work efficiency of the inquiry group were better than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the assessment of occupational burnout,the scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in the inquiry group were 1.49±0.28 and 1.49±0.20,lower than 3.37±0.20 and 3.67±0.13 in the traditional group,and the scores of personal achievement was 5.43±0.23,higher than 3.58±0.17 in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=17.278,28.900,20.455,all P<0.05).Conclusion The strategy of respiratory nursing team building based on PDCA cycle management can improve the work efficiency and service quality of nursing staff,and reduce their job burnout.
