摘　　要：急诊患者就诊时间短、病员急、病情变化快、对救治的要求高,造成急诊医护人员的工作强度大、技术难度高、责任风险大,在急诊工作中提高医疗安全意识和质量管理水平显得尤为重要。本文对急诊风险管理现状进行分析,并提出相应对策和措施。The emergency patients have short treatment time,acute patients,rapid changes in the condition,and high requirements for treatment,resulting in high work intensity,high technical difficulty,and high responsibility risk of emergency medical staff,it is particularly important to improve the level of medical safety awareness and quality management in emergency work.This paper analyzes the current situation of emergency risk management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures.
