叙事护理管理模式在五官科中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理管理模式应用于五官科的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院的22名五官科护理人员为研究对象。2023年1—5月实施常规基础管理,设为参照组;2023年6—12月实施叙事护理管理,设为研究组。对比两组护理能力评分、实践操作评分、人文关怀评分。结果研究组护理能力评分、实践操作评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组情感护理、观点采择以及换位思考评分分别为(97.25±1.25)分、(97.39±1.24)分、(97.77±1.25)分,高于参照组的(93.22±3.15)分、(93.44±4.29)分、(93.45±6.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.577、4.148、3.179,P均<0.05)。结论五官科在实施护理管理期间,叙事护理管理模式的有效应用,可提升护理人员的护理能力、实践操作能力以及人文关怀能力。Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing management mode applied to the Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology.Methods Twenty-two nursing staff of the Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngologyt of Shandong Yiyuan Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.From January to May 2023,the routine basic management was implemented,which was set as the reference group;from June to December 2023,the narrative nursing management was implemented,which was set as the study group.Compared nursing ability score,practical operation score,humanistic care score of the two groups.Results The scores of nursing ability score and practical operation score of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of emotional care,perspective taking,and transpersonal thinking in the study group were 97.25±1.25,97.39±1.24,and 97.77±1.25,respectively,which were higher than 93.22±3.15,93.44±4.29,and 93.45±6.25 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.577,4.148,3.179,all P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of the narrative nursing management model during the implementation of nursing management in the department of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology can improve the nursing staff's nursing ability,practical operation ability,and humanistic caring ability.
