精细化管理在传染病预防工作中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨传染病预防工作中开展传染病精细化管理的价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月芝罘区疾病预防控制中心的40名工作人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月实施常规管理,设为对照组;2023年1—12月实施传染病精细化管理,设为观察组。对比两组预防能力、管理能力。结果观察组预防能力优良率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的82.50%(33/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。观察组管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论疾病预防控制中心开展传染病精细化管理可提升工作人员管理能力、传染病预防能力。Objective To explore the value of fine management of infectious diseases in the prevention of infectious disease.Methods Forty staff members of the Zhifu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as study subjects from January 2022 to December 2023.Routine management was implemented from January to December 2022,which was set as the control group,and refined management of infectious diseases was implemented from January to December 2023,which was set as the observation group.Compared the prevention ability and management ability of the two groups.Results The excellent rate of preventive ability in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),higher than 82.50%(33/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).The management ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out fine management of infectious diseases in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention can improve the staff's management ability and infectious disease prevention ability.
