摘  要:目的针对内科护理管理,探析人性化管理所产生的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月临沂高新区罗西街道社区卫生服务中心的22名内科护士为研究对象。2022年1—12月施以常态化管理,当作比照组,2023年1—12月施以人性化管理,当作讨论组。比较两组职业认同感、护理质量,管理满意度。结果职业认同感对比方面,职业自我概念、留职获益与离职风险、社会比较与自我反思、职业选择的自主性、总体社会说服各项分值于讨论组高于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组护理质量比较,与比照组护理文书、基础护理、病房管理、护患沟通、问题处理、安全护理分值相比,讨论组分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。讨论组管理满意度为100.00%(22/22),高于比照组的81.82%(18/22),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.400,P<0.05)。结论通过实施人性化管理,护士对管理工作高度满意,并且护理质量更高,有较强的职业认同感。Objective To explore the impact of humanized management on internal medicine nursing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,twenty-two internal medicine nurses in Linyi High-tech Zone Luoxi Street Community Health Service Center were selected as the research objects.Normal management from January to December 2022 was used as the comparison group,and humanized management from January to December 2023 was used as the discussion group.The professional identity,nursing quality and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of professional identity,the scores of professional self-concept,retention benefits and turnover risks,social comparison and self-reflection,autonomy of career choice,and overall social persuasion in the discussion group were higher than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the comparison group,the scores of nursing documents,basic nursing,ward management,nurse-patient communication,problem handling and safety nursing in the discussion group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the discussion group was 100.00%(22/22),which was higher than 81.82%(18/22)of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.400,P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of humanized management,nurses are highly satisfied with the management work,and the quality of nursing is higher,and they have a strong sense of professional identity.
