摘　　要：目的研究医院员工关怀式管理模式构建及效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月连云港市中医院在职的50名医务人员为研究对象,将2022年1—12月期间实施常规管理模式,定义为对照组,将2023年1—12月期间实施关怀式管理模式,定义为研究组。对比两组医院管理质量、员工工作质量、员工满意度以及工作中不良事件发生情况。结果研究组医院管理质量评分、员工工作质量评分、员工满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组发生1起不良事件,对照组发生10起,研究组不良事件少于对照组。结论在医院管理中,员工关怀式管理模式效果较好,可以整体提升医院管理质量、员工工作质量和满意度,并有效降低工作中不良事件的发生。Objective To study the construction and effect of the caring management model of hospital staff.Methods A total of fifty medical staff in Lianyungang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The conventional management mode implemented from January to December 2022 was defined as the control group,and the caring management mode implemented from January to December 2023 was defined as the study group.The quality of hospital management,staff work quality,staff satisfaction and adverse events in the work were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital management quality score,employee work quality score and employee satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).1 adverse event occurred in the study group and 10 in the control group,the adverse events in the study group were less than those in the control group.Conclu⁃sion In hospital management,the employee caring management model works well,which can improve the overall quality of hospital management,staff work quality and satisfaction,and effectively reduce the probability of adverse events in the work.
