摘　　要：目的探讨6S管理模式对西药房药品管理效率及药品合理使用率的促进作用。方法选取2023年1—11月在淄博市市级机关医院西药房工作的5名工作人员为传统组,并实施传统管理模式。选取2023年12月—2024年10月同一批工作人员为探究组,实施6S管理模式。对比两组药房管理质量、工作效率、不良事件发生情况。结果探究组药房管理质量评分和工作效率均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。传统组共发生9起不良事件发生,探究组共发生4起不良事件,探究组不良事件少于传统组。结论6S管理模式在西药房药品管理中的应用能够提高药房工作效率,提升药房管理质量,并减少不良事件的发生,对促进药品的合理使用具有积极作用。Objective To explore the promotion effect of 6S management mode on the drug management efficiency and reasonable utilization rate in western pharmacy.Methods Five staff members who worked in the Western Pharmacy of Zibo Municipal Government Hospital from January to November 2023 were selected as the traditional group,and the traditional management mode was implemented.From December 2023 and October 2024,the same group of staff were selected as the inquiry group to implement the 6S management model.The quality of pharmacy management,work efficiency and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The pharmacy management quality score and work efficiency were higher in the inquiry group than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of 9 adverse events occurred in the traditional group and 4 adverse events occurred in the inquiry group,the adverse events in the inquiry group were less than those in the traditional group.Conclusion The application of 6S management mode in drug management of western pharmacy can improve the work efficiency of pharmacy,improve the quality of pharmacy management,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and play a positive role in promoting the rational use of drugs.
