摘 要:目的探究在精神科护理管理中采取人性化管理的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月于平邑县精神病医院精神科就职的40名护理人员作为研究对象。2021年1—12月采取常规护理管理,设为参比组;2022年1—12月采取人性化护理管理,设为观察组。比较两组护理人员护理质量、工作情况、护理风险发生情况、对管理的满意度。结果观察组护理质量各项评分比参比组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相较于参比组,观察组马斯勒工作倦怠量表评分更低,工作投入量表评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组共出现护理纠纷1起;参比组出现护理纠纷8起,护理缺陷、护理投诉各6起,观察组护理纠纷事件少于参比组。观察组对管理的总满意度为95.00%(38/40),比参比组的75.00%(30/40)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.803,P<0.05)。结论在精神科护理管理中采取人性化管理可强化护理人员护理质量与工作态度,减少护理风险发生,并可提高护理人员对管理满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of adopting humanized management in psychiatric nursing management.Methods Forty nursing staff who worked in the psychiatric department of Pingyi County Mental Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2021,routine nursing management was adopted and set as the reference group;From January to December 2022,humanized nursing management was adopted and set as the observation group.Compared the nursing quality,work situation,occurrence of nursing risks,and satisfaction with management of two groups of nursing staff.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing quality scores,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group had lower scores on the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey and the work engagement scale score was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was one nursing dispute in the observation group;There were 8 nursing disputes,6 nursing defects,and 6 nursing complaints in the reference group,respectively,the nursing dispute events in the observation group were less than those in the reference group.The management total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.803,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting humanized management in psychiatric nursing management can enhance the quality and work attitude of nursing staff,reduce nursing risks,and improve their satisfaction with management.
