摘　　要：目的探讨智慧化预防接种管理模式应用于免疫规划工作中的效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年2月济南市莱芜区疾病预防控制中心的16名管理人员为研究对象,其中2023年1—5月实施常规管理模式,设为管理前;2023年6月—2024年2月实施智慧化预防接种管理模式,设为管理后。比较管理前后接种工作完成情况、疫苗接种质量、管理人员满意度、接种各流程时间。结果管理后疫苗检查、接种行为评分为(19.02±0.67)分、(19.09±0.55)分,较管理前(17.51±1.46)分、(17.95±1.74)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.760、2.499,P均<0.05);管理后疫苗运输、疫苗存放、疫苗出库、疫苗接种、三查七对评分较管理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后管理人员满意度较管理前更高。管理后接种登记时间、接种时间、门诊接种总时长较管理前更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论智慧化预防接种管理模式应用于免疫规划工作中,可缩短疫苗接种时间、提高接种工作效率,保证接种疫苗质量,提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying the intelligent vaccination management model to immunization planning work.Methods A total of sixteen management personnel from January 2023 to February 2024 in Laiwu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Jinan City were selected as the research objects.Among them,the implementation of the conventional management model from January to May 2023 was set as the premanagement;from June 2023 to February 2024,the intelligent vaccination management mode was implemented and set as post-management.The completion status of vaccination work,quality of vaccination,satisfaction of management personnel,timing of various vaccination processes before and after management were compared.Results After management,the vaccine examination and vaccination behavior scores were 19.02±0.67 and 19.09±0.55,higher than 17.51±1.46 and 17.95±1.74 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.760,2.499,both P<0.05).The scores of vaccine transportation,vaccine storage,vaccine outbound,vaccine administration,and three check seven pairs after management were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of management personnel after management was higher than before management.The vaccination registration time,vaccination time,and total outpatient vaccination time after management were shorter than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent vaccination management mode in immunization planning can shorten the vaccination time,improve the efficiency of vaccination work,ensure the quality of vaccination,enhance the quality of outpatient services,and improve management satisfaction.
