规范化管理在药房管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析规范化管理模式在药房管理中应用的效果。方法选取东明县陆圈镇卫生院药房的5名工作人员作为研究对象,2023年3—8月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2023年9月—2024年2月实施规范化管理,设为研究组,比较两组的工作质量、专业能力以及管理模式满意度。结果研究组药房安全管理知识、风险识别能力、工作综合能力、岗位责任意识、处方安全评估评分分别为(92.12±1.33)分、(93.12±1.26)分、(92.02±1.24)分、(93.13±1.25)分、(93.36±1.28)分,高于对照组的(89.23±1.23)分、(90.23±1.15)分、(89.69±1.18)分、(90.15±1.16)分、(90.12±1.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.567、3.788、3.044、3.907、4.243,P均<0.05)。研究组专业能力评分和管理模式满意度评分均比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论规范化管理模式在药房管理中应用能提高工作人员专业能力和工作质量,且管理满意度较高。Objective To analyse the effect of standardized management mode applied in pharmacy management.Methods Five workers in the Pharmacy of Dongming County Luquan Town Health Center were selected as the research objects,and routine management was implemented from March to August 2023,and they were set as the study group.From September 2023 to February 2024,standardized management will be implemented,and the two groups will be set as research groups to compare their work quality,professional ability and satisfaction with management mode.Results The pharmacy safety management knowledge,risk identification ability,work comprehensive ability,job responsibility consciousness,and prescription safety assessment scores of the study group were 92.12±1.33,93.12±1.26,92.02±1.24,93.13±1.25,and 93.36±1.28,which were higher than those of the control group 89.23±1.23,90.23±1.15,89.69±1.18,90.15±1.16,and 90.12±1.13,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.567,3.788,3.044,3.907,4.243,all P<0.05).The professional ability score and management mode satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized management mode in pharmacy management can improve the professional ability and work quality of the staff,and the management satisfaction is higher.
