走动式管理在注射室护理管理中应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究在注射室护理管理中实施走动式管理模式的价值。方法选取2022年6月—2024年7月长春市儿童医院注射室的11名护理人员作为研究对象,2022年6月—2023年6月行常规管理(常规组),2023年7月—2024年7月实施走动式管理(研究组),对比两组的专业能力、护理质量以及管理满意度。结果研究组的常规护理、护理操作、安全意识、沟通能力、人文关怀、应急处理能力评分分别为(94.53±1.31)分、(93.26±1.34)分、(93.26±1.25)分、(94.15±1.21)分、(93.56±1.28)分、(93.63±1.31)分,高于常规组的(91.26±1.23)分、(90.96±1.25)分、(90.52±1.24)分、(91.15±1.18)分、(90.02±1.25)分、(90.52±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.035、4.163、5.161、5.887、6.562、5.718,P均<0.05)。研究组的护理质量和管理满意度均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论走动式管理在注射室护理管理中的应用可提高护理人员专业能力及护理质量,且管理模式获得护理人员较高评价。Objective To explore the value of implementing walking mode in nursing management of injection room.Methods From June 2022 to July 2024,eleven nurses in the injection room of Changchun Children's Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and routine management(conventional group)was administered from June 2022 to June 2023,and walking management(study group)was administered from July 2023 to July 2024.The professional ability,nursing quality and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of routine nursing,nursing operation,safety awareness,communication ability,humanistic care and emergency treatment ability in the study group were 94.53±1.31,93.26±1.34,93.26±1.25,94.15±1.21,93.56±1.28 and 93.63±1.31,which were higher than 91.26±1.23,90.96±1.25,90.52±1.24,91.15±1.18,90.02±1.25 and 90.52±1.24 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.035,4.163,5.161,5.887,6.562,5.718,all P<0.05).The nursing quality and management satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ambulatory management in nursing management of injection room can improve the professional ability and nursing quality of nursing staff,and the management mode is highly evaluated by nursing staff.
