摘 要:目的分析了解辖区内医疗机构消毒质量和医源性感染危险因素,为预防和控制医源性感染提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,依据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-2012),对2020—2024年辖区内一级、二级、三级医疗机构的空气、使用中消毒液、医护人员手、环境物体表面、紫外线灯5类样品监测结果进行评价分析。结果2020—2024年累计采集1374份监测样品,消毒合格1343份,总消毒合格率为97.74%(1343/1374)。2020—2023年消毒合格率逐年上升,至2023年达最高99.06%(528/533),2024年又降至最低95.93%(354/659)。消毒合格率最高的是医护手,为99.73%(366/367);其次为使用中消毒液,为99.58%(239/240);空气消毒合格率最低,仅为89.58%(43/48)。三级、二级、一级医疗机构消毒合格率依次降低,分别为100.00%(159/159)、98.12%(365/372)和97.15%(819/843)。结论辖区内医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但一级医疗机构消毒质量仍有待提高。应强化业务培训、增强洗手意识、完善消毒设施、加大监测力度,以提高医疗机构消毒质量,预防和控制医源性感染的发生。Objective To understand the disinfection quality monitoring and risk factors of iatrogenic infections in medical institutions within the jurisdiction area,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of iatrogenic infections.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted based on the"Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene Standards"(GB15982-2012)to evaluate and analyze the monitoring results of five types of samples,including air,disinfectant in use,hands of medical staff,surfaces of environmental objects,and ultraviolet lamps in primary,secondary,and tertiary medical institutions within the jurisdiction area from 2020 to 2024.Results From 2020 to 2024,a total of 1,374 monitoring samples were collected,and 1,343 samples were qualified for disinfection.The total qualified rate of disinfection was 97.74%(1,343/1,374).The qualified rate of disinfection increased year by year from 2020 to 2023,reached the highest of 99.06%(528/533)in 2023,and decreased to the lowest of 95.93%(354/659)in 2024.The highest qualified rate of disinfection was 99.73%(366/367)for medical hands,followed by 99.58%(239/240)for disinfectant in use,and the lowest qualified rate of air disinfection was only 89.58%(43/48).The qualified rates of disinfection in tertiary,secondary and primary medical institutions decreased in turn,which were 100.00%(159/159),98.12%(365/372)and 97.15%(819/843).Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in the jurisdiction is good,but the disinfection quality of first level medical institutions still needs to be improved.We should strengthen business training,enhance hand washing awareness,improve disinfection facilities,and increase monitoring efforts to improve the disinfection quality of medical institutions and prevent and control the occurrence of iatrogenic infections.
