摘　　要：行风通报是医院行风建设中的重要内容之一,关乎医院行风建设质量。文章论述医院行风建设中行风通报的内涵,介绍医院行风建设中行风通报的作用,包括加强医院行风建设、促进医院和谐发展、落实规范诊疗制度、强化医患沟通意识等。随后,从行风通报内容、行风通报与投诉处理、第三方行风通报制度几个方面着手,探究医院行风建设中行风通报的内容和途径,希望为进一步加强医院行风建设并促进医院的可持续和谐发展提供一些参考。The professional ethics notification is one of the important contents in the professional ethics construction of hospitals,which is related to the quality of the professional ethics construction of hospitals.The article discusses the connotation of professional ethics notification in the construction of professional ethics in hospitals,and introduces the role of professional ethics notification in the construction of professional ethics in hospitals,including strengthening the construction of professional ethics in hospitals,promoting the harmonious development of hospitals,implementing the standardised diagnosis and treatment system,and reinforcing the sense of communication between doctors and patients,and so on.Subsequently,it explores the contents and methods of professional ethics notification in the construction of hospital professional ethics from the aspects of the contents of professional ethics notification,professional ethics notification and complaint handling,and third-party professional ethics notification system,hoping to provide some references to further strengthen the construction of professional ethics in hospitals and to promote the sustainable and harmonious development of hospitals.
