摘 要:数字化技术与建筑幕墙工程的融合,引入了数字化企业,导致工程利益相关者结构多元化,项目管理复杂化。本文基于171份来自行业内专业人士的有效调查问卷数据,运用社会网络分析法对利益相关者关系网络进行了量化分析,结果显示,数字化幕墙工程利益相关者关系网络的整体密度中等偏低,在工程的全生命周期内,建设单位、幕墙公司和数字化建造顾问(BIM团队)占据网络核心地位,与其他利益相关者联系最频繁,尤其中介作用最为突出,是工程的核心利益相关者。The integration of digital technology into curtain wall engineering,with the involvement of digital enterprises,has led to a diversification of stakeholder structures and increased complexity in project management.This study is based on 171 valid survey questionnaires from industry professionals,employing social network analysis to quantify the stakeholder relationship network.The findings indicate that the overall density of the stakeholder relationship network in digital curtain wall projects is moderately low.Throughout the entire lifecycle of the project,the construction unit,the curtain wall company,and digital construction consultants(BIM team)occupy central positions in the network,interacting most frequently with other stakeholders,particularly standing out in terms of intermediary roles,making them the core stakeholders of the project.
