摘 要:随着城市化进程的加速,城市变化越来越快,同时随着数字城市、智慧城市建设的逐步深入,对地理信息要素等技术数据的要求越来越高。传统测绘技术手段在更新范围、更新速度以及准确率方面都存在一定的弊端,为了能够更好地服务于国民经济的发展,采用倾斜摄影测量技术采集影像数据,在此基础上建立实景三维模型,通过人机交互的方式对地理信息要素变化情况进行分析,再结合外业调查、修补测、要素更新等步骤,完成城市地理信息要素更新工作。文章结合实际项目,探索实景三维模型的应用,在保证成果质量的前提下,有效提升了工作效率;同时为类似工程项目及实景三维模型的应用提供了参考经验。With the acceleration of urbanization,urban changes are becoming faster and faster.At the same time,with the gradual deepening of digital city and smart city construction,the requirements for technical data such as geographic information elements are becoming higher and higher.Traditional surveying and mapping techniques have certain drawbacks in terms of update scope,update speed,and accuracy.In order to better serve the development of the national economy,oblique photogrammetry technology is used to collect image data,and on this basis,a real 3D model is established.Through human-computer interaction,changes in geographic information elements are analyzed,and then combined with steps such as field surveys,repair surveys,and element updates.We complete the update of urban geographic information.This article explores the application of real-life 3D models based on practical projects,effectively improving work efficiency while ensuring the quality of results.At the same time,it provides reference experience for similar engineering projects and the application of real-life 3D models.
