摘　　要：为提高不动产登记的质量和效率,广州市将不动产登记业务中涉及权籍调查的技术问题剥离出来,结合测绘地理信息技术手段进行流程再造和业务创新,形成面向不动产登记提质增效的权籍调查技术服务体系。该技术服务体系的建立提升了测绘技术服务水平,提高了权籍调查测绘成果质量,为不动产登记的准确性和权威性提供技术保障,改善了营商环境,同时也为推行自然资源统一确权登记积累了良好的实践经验,在国内具有较强的借鉴推广意义。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of real estate registration,Guangzhou stripped off the technical problems related to cadastral survey in the real estate registration business,and combined with surveying,mapping and geographic information technology for workflow rebuilding and business innovation,formed a cadastral investigation technical service system closely oriented to the improvement of quality and efficiency of real estate registration.The establishment of the technical service system has improved the technical service level of surveying and mapping,improved the quality of surveying and mapping results of cadastral investigation,provided technical guarantee for the accuracy and authority of real estate registration,then improved the business environment,and also accumulated good practical experience for the implementation of unified right confirmation registration of natural resources,which has strong reference and promotion significance in China.
