摘　　要：为解决土地变更调查外业核查工作效率低、周期长、举证材料缺乏监管、核查成果难辨真假等问题,提出基于移动端,搭建土地变更调查在线外业核查系统建设方案。本文利用3S技术、移动互联网技术,在对外业核查业务需求调研的基础上,探讨了在线外业核查流程,构建了土地变更调查外业核查数据库,搭建了土地变更调查在线外业核查移动端系统,实现了外业核查成果的“一张图”展示、在线图斑举证管理、在线指导等功能,让核查成果安全真实可靠,极大提高了土地变更调查的工作效率。In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency,long cycle,lack of supervision of evidence materials,difficulty in identifying authenticity and falsity of verification results,the construction scheme of an online field verification system for land change survey based on mobile terminal is proposed.This paper uses 3S technology and mobile Internet technology to discuss the online field verification process based on the research on the business needs of field verification,builds the field verification database of land change survey,and builds the mobile terminal system of online field verification of land change survey.It realizes the functions of"one map"display of field verification results,online map spot evidence management,online guidance,etc.,making the verification results safe,authentic and reliable,and greatly improving the work efficiency of land change survey.
