摘  要:针对三维信息、空间信息、属性信息丰富的全要素地形数据快速高质量生产问题,利用倾斜摄影测量技术进行外业数据采集,构建研究区倾斜摄影三维模型,利用三维模型和航摄影像进行全要素地形数据矢量提取,通过外业调绘补测及数据编辑检查,获取研究区全要素地形数据成果,并对成果精度进行分析评定。结果表明:本项目生产的全要素地形数据成果满足项目设计精度指标,数据成果生产较快,可靠性较高,具有较强的适用性。因此基于倾斜摄影三维模型的全要素地形数据生产方法能够为城市新型基础信息快速更新提供可靠的解决方案。Aiming at the problem of rapid and high-quality production of total factor topographic data with abundant 3D information,spatial information and attribute information,this paper uses oblique photogrammetry technology to collect field data,constructs 3D oblique photography model in the study area,uses 3D model and aerial photography image to carry out vector extraction of total factor topographic data,carries out field identification,supplementary measurement and data editing and inspection,and obtains the results of total factor topographic data in the study area and analyzes and evaluates the accuracy of the results.The results show that the total factor topographic data produced in this project can meet the project design accuracy index,and the data results are produced quickly,with high reliability and strong applicability.Therefore,the production method of total factor topographic data based on oblique photography 3D model can provide a reliable solution for the rapid update of new urban basic information.
