摘 要:文章旨在探究胍基乙酸对肉牛生长性能、血清生化指标和肌肉脂肪酸含量的影响。试验将100头健康、体况良好的13月龄左右、体重(397.42±17.84)kg的西杂肉牛随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复5头。试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0%、0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的胍基乙酸(GAA)。试验为期105 d,包括15 d的适应期和90 d的正试期。结果表明,0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛的平均日增重较对照组分别显著提高8.18%和10.00%(P<0.05);0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛的料重比较对照组分别显著降低8.48%和9.95%(P<0.05);此外,日粮添加GAA对肉牛平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P<0.05);0.4%GAA组肉牛血清尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05);0.2%GAA组肉牛血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05);0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛血清胰岛素(INS)含量显著提高(P<0.05);0.4%GAA组肉牛血清生长激素(GH)含量显著提高(P<0.05)0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛背最长肌中棕榈油酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);日粮添加0.1%~0.4%的GAA组肉牛背最长肌中花生四烯酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);日粮0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛背最长肌中α-亚麻酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);日粮0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛背最长肌中ω6脂肪酸含量显著降低(P<0.05);日粮0.2%和0.4%GAA组肉牛背最长肌中ω6/ω3比例显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,本试验发现GAA对肉牛生长和肉质均有一定的改善作用,在本试验条件下,GAA最适添加量为0.4%。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of guanidine acetic acid on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and muscle fatty acid content of beef cattle.A total of 100 healthy western beef cattle(397.42±17.84 kg)aged 13 months were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 1 replicate per 5.The experimental diets were supplemented with 0%,0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%guanidine acetic acid,respectively.The trial lasted for 105 days,including a 15-day adaptation period and a 90-day formal trial.Results,Compared with control group,the average daily gain of beef cattle in diet supplemented with 0.2%and 0.4%GAA groups was significantly increased by 8.18%and 10.00%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the feed gain of beef cattle in diet supplemented with 0.2%and 0.4%GAA groups was significantly decreased by 8.48%and 9.95%,respectively(P<0.05).In addition,GAA supplementation had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of beef cattle(P>0.05).Serum TP content of beef cattle in diets supplemented with 0.2%and 0.4%GAA groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);Serum BUN content of beef cattle in diet supplemented with 0.4%GAA group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);Serum TG content of beef cattle in diet supplemented with 0.2%GAA group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);Serum INS content of beef cattle in diets supplemented with 0.2%and 0.4%GAA groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);Serum GH content of beef cattle supplemented with 0.4%GAA group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Palmitoleic acid content in longissimus dorsi muscle of beef cattle supplemented with 0.2%and 0.4%GAA groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);The arachidonic acid content in longissimus dorsi muscle of beef cattle in diet supplemented with 0.1%to 0.4%GAA group was significantly increased(P<0.05);Theα-linolenic acid content in longissimus dorsi muscle of beef cattle in diets supplemented with 0.2%and 0.4%GAA groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);Theω6 fatty acid content in
