白藜芦醇对仔猪生长性能、血清抗氧化指标及肝脏抗氧化基因表达的影响

摘  要:文章旨在探究白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RET)对仔猪生长性能和抗氧化性能的影响。试验将24日龄大三元仔猪192头仔猪随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复6头,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、100、200和400 mg/kg的RET,试验为期28 d。结果显示,在初重一致的前提下(P>0.05),Ⅳ组仔猪的末重比对照组显著提高5.02%(P<0.05),平均日增重显著提高11.12%(P<0.05);Ⅲ和Ⅳ组仔猪的料肉比较对照组分别显著降低7.25%和9.64%(P<0.05),未观察到RET对仔猪采食量有显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅳ组血清GSH-Px活性上调,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组SOD活性、T-AOC能力上调,MDA含量下调均存在显著影响(P<0.05),Ⅲ和Ⅳ组肝脏CAT活性、GSH含量上调,GSSG含量下调,Ⅳ组T-AOC能力上调,MDA含量下调均存在显著影响(P<0.05)。Ⅲ和Ⅳ组肝脏NRF2的mRNA表达量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组Cu-SOD的mRNA表达量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅳ组Mn-SOD和CAT的mRNA表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。各项检测指标显示,400 mg/kg的RET能增强仔猪抗氧化能力,促进其生长发育。The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Resveratrol(RET)on the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of piglets.On the 24th,192 Da San Yuan piglets were divided into 4 groups,with 8 replicates in each group and 6 piglets in each replicate.They were fed with RET supplemented with 0,100,200,and 400 mg/kg as experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣdiets for a total of 28 days.The results showed that,under the premise of consistent initial weight(P>0.05),the final weight of piglets in GroupⅣsignificantly increased by 5.02%(P<0.05)compared to the control group,and the average daily weight gain significantly increased by 11.12%(P<0.05);The feed and meat consumption of piglets in groupsⅢandⅣwere significantly reduced by 7.25%and 9.64%respectively compared to the control group(P<0.05),and no significant effect of RET on piglet feed intake was observed(P>0.05).The serum GSH Px activity was upregulated in GroupⅣ,while the SOD activity and T-AOC ability were upregulated and the MDA content was downregulated in GroupsⅢandⅣ(P<0.05).The liver CAT activity and GSH content were upregulated and the GSSG content was downregulated in GroupsⅢandⅣ,while the T-AOC ability and MDA content were upregulated and downregulated in GroupⅣ(P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of NRF2 in the liver of groupsⅢandⅣwere significantly increased(P<0.05),the mRNA expression levels of Cu SOD in groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,andⅣwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the mRNA expression levels of Mn SOD and CAT in groupⅣwere significantly increased(P<0.05).Various testing indicators show that RET at 400 mg/kg can enhance the antioxidant capacity and promote growth and development of piglets.
