五味子提取物对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及饲养经济效益的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究五味子提取物(Schisandra Chinensis Extract,SCE)对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及饲养经济效益的影响。试验将96头初重接近的育肥猪随机分为4组,其中CON组饲喂基础日粮,其余3组在基础日粮中添加0.03%(LSCE组)、0.06%(MSCE组)、0.09%(HSCE组)的五味子提取物。每组3个重复,每个重复8头。预饲期7 d,正试期60d。结果:1)MSCE组、HSCE组平均日增重比CON组分别显著提高10.64%(P<0.05)、10.04%(P<0.05)。MSCE组、HSCE组料重比比CON组分别显著降低10.65%(P<0.05)、8.58%(P<0.05)。2)LSCE组、MSCE组、HSCE组总蛋白、白蛋白含量均显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。HSCE组甘油三酯、胆固醇含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。3)4组饲养经济效益分别为257.11、302.00、334.69、316.84元/头,其中MSCE组饲养经济效益最佳,且极显著高于CON组(P<0.01)。结论:五味子提取物能提高育肥猪生长性能,并改善血清生化指标及饲养经济效益。在本试验条件下,育肥猪基础日粮中五味子提取物的建议添加量为0.06%~0.09%。In order to study the effect of Schisandra Chinensis Extract(SCE)on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators and feeding economic benefits of fattening pigs.96 fattening pigs with close initial weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,of which the CON group was fed the basic diet,and the remaining 3 groups added 0.03%(LSCE group),0.06%(MSCE group)and 0.09%(HSCE group)Schisandra chinensis extracts to the basic diet.There are 3 repetitions in each group,each with 8 repetitions.The pre-trial period is 7d,and the regular trial period is 60d.Results:1)The average daily weight gain of the MSCE group and HSCE group increased significantly by 10.64%(P<0.05)and 10.04%(P<0.05)compared with the CON group.The material weight ratio of MSCE group and HSCE group is significantly lower than that of CON group by 10.65%(P<0.05)and 8.58%(P<0.05).2)The total protein and albumin content of LSCE group,MSCE group and HSCE group are significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05).The content of triglycerides and cholesterol in the HSCE group is significantly lower than that of the CON group(P<0.05).3)The economic benefits of the four groups are 257.11 yuan/head,302.00 yuan/head,334.69 yuan/head and 316.84 yuan/head respectively.Among them,the MSCE group has the best economic benefits and is significantly higher than the CON group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Schisandra chinensis extract improves the growth performance of fattening pigs,and improves serum biochemical indicators and feeding economic benefits.According to a comprehensive measurement,the recommended amount of Schisandra chinensis extract in the basic daily diet of fattening pigs is 0.06%-0.09%.
