小茴香精油对肉羊生长性能、血清抗氧化及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究小茴香精油(Fennel Essential Oil,FEO)对肉羊生长性能、血清抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。试验选取84只健康状态良好,且体重相近[(20.37±1.15)kg]的断奶杜寒杂交羊(公羔),随机按4组×3重复×7只分组,各组饲喂基础饲料+0 mg/kg(0FEO组)、200 mg/kg(200FEO组)、400 mg/kg(400FEO组)、600 mg/kg(600FEO组)小茴香精油的饲料。预饲期7 d,正试期60 d。结果显示:(1)400FEO组平均日增重比0FEO组显著提高9.93%(P<0.05),饲料利用率比0FEO组显著降低9.28%(P<0.05)。(2)200FEO组、400FEO组、600FEO组血清总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力比0FEO组显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛浓度比0FEO组显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)600FEO组血清IgG浓度比0FEO组显著提高(P<0.05)。200FEO组、400FEO组、600FEO组血清TNF-α浓度比0FEO组显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,在基础饲料添加小茴香精油能提高肉羊生长性能,并增强血清抗氧化能力及免疫功能。在本试验条件下,小茴香精油的适宜添加水平为400 mg/kg。The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of Fennel Essential Oil(FEO)on the growth performance,serum antioxidant and immune function of meat sheep.84 weaning cold hybrid sheep(lambs)with good health and similar weight[(20.37±1.15)kg]were selected.They were randomly fed by 4 groups×3 repeated×7 groups.Each group was fed with basic feed+0 mg/kg(0FEO group),200 mg/kg(200FEO group),400 mg/kg(400FEO group)and 600mg/kg(600FEO group)fennel essential oil.Result:(1)the ADG of 400FEO group increased significantly by 9.93%(P<0.05)compared with the 0FEO group,and the feed utilization rate decreased significantly by 9.28%(P<0.05)compared with the 0FEO group.(2)The total serum antioxidant ability of the 200FEO group,the 400FEO group and the 600FEO group,the activity of glutathione peroxidase was significantly higher than that of the 0FEO group(P<0.05),and the concentration of malondialdehyde was significantly lower than that of the 0FEO group(P<0.05).(3)The serum IgG concentration of 600FEO group increased significantly compared(P<0.05).Serum TNF-αconcentrations in the 200FEO group,400FEO group and 600FEO group reduced significantly compared with the 0FEO group(P<0.05).To sum up,adding fennel essential oil to the basic feed can improve the growth performance of meat sheep,and enhance serum antioxidant ability and immune function.Under this test condition,the appropriate addition level of fennel essential oil is 400 mg/kg.
