木犀草素对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道形态的影响

摘  要:为了给蛋鸡功能性饲料行业的发展提供理论支撑,本研究以25周龄的罗曼灰蛋鸡为研究对象,设置5个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复9羽鸡,共450羽。CK饲喂基础饲料,试验组Lut 200、Lut 400、Lut 600和Lut 800分别在基础日粮中添加200、400、600和800 mg/kg的木犀草素(Lut),预饲期1周,正试期12周。结果表明:Lut 600的产蛋率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),产蛋率在CK、Lut 200和Lut 800之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。Lut 600的料蛋比和不合格蛋率显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。与CK相比,Lut 200和Lut 800的蛋壳强度和厚度没有显著变化(P>0.05),Lut 400的蛋壳强度和厚度高于CK(P<0.05),Lut 600的蛋壳强度和厚度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。Lut 600的哈夫单位最高(P<0.05)。Lut 400和Lut 600蛋鸡的肠道形态得到明显改善,其中Lut 600的改善效果最好(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加Lut可以提高蛋鸡的生产性能,改善蛋品质和肠道形态。在本研究条件下,Lut的适宜添加量为600 mg/kg。In order to provide theoretical support for the development of functional feed for laying hens,this study used 25 week old Roman grey laying hens.CK was fed with basic feed,and Lut 200,Lut 400,Lut 600,and Lut 800 were added with 200,400,600,and 800 mg/kg of luteolin(Lut),respectively.The production performance,egg quality,and intestinal morphology were measured.The egg production rate of Lut 600 was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The feed to egg ratio and unqualified egg rate of Lut 600 were significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).Compared with CK,there was no significant changes in the eggshell strength and thickness of Lut 200 and Lut 800(P>0.05),while Lut 400 was higher than CK(P<0.05),and Lut 600 had significantly higher eggshell strength and thickness than other groups(P<0.05).Haff unit was the highest in Lut 600(P<0.05).In terms of intestinal morphology,Lut 400 and Lut 600 showed significant improvement,with Lut 600 showing the best improvement effect(P<0.05).In summary,adding Lut to feed can improve the production performance,egg quality and intestinal morphology of laying hens.The appropriate addition amount of Lut in this study was 600 mg/kg.
