摘 要:文章旨在研究饲用甜高粱替代全株青贮玉米对肉牛生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数及屠宰性能的影响。试验将96头体质健康,初重(467.18±13.05)kg的育肥肉牛随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头。各组精饲料相同,粗饲料分别采用100%、66.67%、33.33%、0%饲用甜高粱替代全株青贮玉米,并记为100%替代组、66.67%替代组、33.33%替代组、0%替代组。试验为期60 d。结果:与100%替代组相比,1)33.33%替代组平均日增重显著提高8.99%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低7.35%(P<0.05)。2)33.33%替代组屠宰率、胴体率均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:适当水平的饲用甜高粱能提高肉牛生长性能和屠宰性能,且饲用甜高粱对全株青贮玉米的适宜替代水平为33.33%。The purpose of the experiment is to study the effect of feeding sweet sorghum instead of whole plant silage corn on the growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters and slaughter performance of beef cattle.96 healthy fat beef cattle with a similar initial weight(467.18±13.05)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,3 repetitions,8 heads each.The concentrate feed in each group was the same,and the coarse feed was 100%,66.67%,33.33%and 0%feed sweet sorghum instead of the whole plant of silage corn,and recorded as 100%replacement group,66.67%replacement group,33.33%replacement group and 0%replacement group.The duration of the test is 60 days.Result:Compared with the 100%replacement group,1)the average daily weight gain of the 33.33%replacement group increased significantly by 8.99%(P<0.05),and the material-to-weight ratio decreased significantly by 7.35%(P<0.05).2)the slaughter rate and carcass rate of 33.33%of the alternative group increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:An appropriate level of feeding sweet sorghum can improve the growth and slaughtering performance of beef cattle,and the appropriate replacement level of feeding sweet sorghum for whole plant silage corn is 33.33%.
