摘 要:文章旨在研究不同水平乳酸菌制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及肠道健康的影响。试验将200头28日龄体重(7.18±0.25)kg的三元杂交仔猪随机分成4组,每组10个重复(每个重复5头),分别为对照组0(1组)、0.1%(2组)、0.15%(3组)、0.20%(4组)乳酸杆菌制剂,预饲期7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:与1组相比,试验3、4组的试验断奶仔猪的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),试验3、4组试验断奶仔猪的粗蛋白质、粗纤维养分表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),试验3、4组试验断奶仔猪粪便中乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的含量显著提高(P<0.05),其大肠杆菌显著降低(P<0.05),试验3、4组试验断奶仔猪空肠绒毛高度、隐窝深及绒隐比显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,0.15%和0.20%乳酸菌制剂可提高断奶仔猪生长性能和养分表观消化率,改善直肠微生物的组成结构,维持肠道形态完整性和肠道健康。To investigate the effects of adding different levels of lactic acid bacteria preparations on the growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,and intestinal health indicators of weaned piglets.In this experiment,20028 day old threeway hybrid piglets with similar body weight(7.18±0.25)kg were selected and divided into 4 groups,each with 10 replicates(5 piglets per replicate group).The groups were control group 0(group 1),0.1%(group 2),0.15%(group 3),and 0.20%(group 4)of lactobacillus preparations.The pre-test was 7 days and the experimental period was 56 days.The results showed that compared with group 1,the average daily weight gain of experimental weaned piglets in groups 3 and 4 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fiber nutrients in experimental weaned piglets in groups 3 and 4 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in the feces of experimental weaned piglets in groups 3 and 4 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and their Escherichia coli was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The villus height,crypt depth,and villous ratio of the jejunum of experimental weaned piglets in groups 3 and 4 were significantly increased(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of 0.15%and 0.20%lactic acid bacteria preparations can improve the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of weaned piglets,improve the composition of rectal microbiota,maintain intestinal morphology integrity and intestinal health.
