摘 要:针对新型电力系统发展引起的电能质量问题,设计了一种基于电能质量综合治理装置的台区侧电能质量优化控制策略。首先,简述了电能质量指标;其次,设计了部署在台区融合终端的电能质量管控系统,实现实时数据收集及治理策略下达;为了进一步提高系统的智能化程度,引入了电能质量优化控制策略,使得系统能够进行电能质量实时监测及极早期治理。该装置当前已在某示范工程中试运行,效果显示有助于提高配电网台区侧电能质量治理效率。Aiming at the power quality problems caused by the development of new power system,a power quality control strategy based on the integrated power quality control device is designed.Firstly,the power quality index are described;secondly,the power quality control system deployed in the integrated terminal is designed to interact through the real-time data collection and governance strategy;in order to further improve the intelligence of the system,the power quality optimization control strategy is introduced to enable the system to conduct real-time monitoring of power quality and very early governance.The device has been put into trial operation in a demonstration project,and the effect shows that it is helpful to improve the efficiency of power quality management on the side of the distribution network station.
