摘 要:安装螺旋线防舞阻尼器可以有效抑制集电线路舞动响应,但也会导致其风荷载系数与规范规定值有明显差异。为此,采用数值模拟方法分析了螺旋线防舞阻尼器的螺距、来流风速对风荷载特性的影响。对比不同规范的风荷载系数值与CFD结果可知,螺距≤14 D时,雷诺数对体型系数影响明显;螺距>14D后,螺距及雷诺数增加均使得体型系数明显增加;安装螺旋线阻尼器显著降低了导线脉动力幅值但几乎不影响脉动力峰值频率。机理分析结果表明,防舞器螺旋线引导来流绕过导线表面,对导线背风侧绕流起到了能量输入,从而沿螺旋线形成了稳定的展向压力梯度场。它不仅抑制了沿导线展向的三维流动效应,而且抑制了导线背风面的分离涡振荡,从而显著降低了脉动载荷幅值。Anti-galloping dampers installed on collection lines can effectively suppress galloping but also significantly alters its wind load characteristics.To address this problem,the authors solved the Navier-Stokes equations based on fully structured mesh,to obtain the unsteady flow field and extracting the aerodynamic load time histories.The impact and mechanism of these dampers on wind load characteristics are discussed.It is indicated that dampers with various helical pitches can significantly reduce the pulsating amplitude of conductor aerodynamic forces without noticeably varying the Strouhal number.By comparing the drag coefficient values from different standards and CFD results,it is revealed that the helical wrapping significantly increases the conductor′s drag coefficient.The effects of helical pitch and Reynolds number on aerodynamic loads should be accounted for in the wind-resist design.By employing spatial streamlines around cross-sections,the influencing mechanism can be demonstrated as that,the helical wrapping guides the incoming flow around the conductor surface,introduces energy to the leeside vortex wake of the conductor,forming a stable spanwise pressure gradient field along the helical wrap.This suppresses the three-dimensional flow along the cylinder span direction as well as the oscillations of separated vortices on the upper and lower surfaces of a smooth cylinder.
