摘 要:随着三维激光扫描技术的发展和应用,三维逆向建模的效率和准确性得到了极大提升。采用三维激光扫描技术建立了GW22型隔离开关设备的三维模型,以真实地恢复设备的内部结构、布局和机械动作过程,解决由于老旧设备缺乏完整图纸甚至缺失图纸而难以实现数字化变电站建设的问题。建立的GW22型隔离开关设备的三维模型不仅形成了变电站的有价值的虚拟资产,还为运维检修计划模拟和变电站的三维维护培训奠定了基础,具有广泛的应用前景。With the development and application of 3D laser scanning technology,the efficiency and accuracy of 3D reverse modeling have been greatly improved.This article uses 3D laser scanning technology to establish a 3D model of GW22 isolation switch equipment,which can realistically restore the internal structure,layout,and mechanical action process of the equipment,and solve the problem of difficulty in achieving digital substation construction due to the lack of complete or missing drawings for old equipment.The three-dimensional model of GW22 type isolation switch equipment established in this article not only forms a valuable virtual asset of the substation,but also lays the foundation for simulation of operation and maintenance plans and three-dimensional maintenance training of the substation,with broad application prospects.
