摘 要:新能源高比例接入电力系统势必增加电网频率电压的不稳定性,导致电力系统安全面临严重威胁,因此基于风电场快速无功电压控制技术,提出了动态无功电压控制与自动电压控制的协调策略。在风电场电压允许范围内,动态无功电压控制协助AVC子站完成快速精度控制,降低秒级内电压波动幅度;在场站电压越过允许范围时,动态无功电压控制可快速将电压拉回允许运行范围内,减少电压越限运行时间;动态无功电压控制的快速响应,可降低风电场进入暂态的概率和风电场脱网概率。应用案例表明所提方法利用动态无功电压控制的快速性可提升风电场电压控制性能。In recent years,the high proportion of renewable energy integrated into the power system is bound to increase the instability of grid frequency and voltage,posing serious threats to power system security.Based on the dynamic reactive voltage control in wind farms,this paper proposes a coordination strategy between dynamic reactive voltage control and automatic voltage control(AVC).Within the allowable voltage range of the wind farm,dynamic reactive voltage control assist the AVC substation in achieving rapid and precise control,reducing the amplitude of voltage fluctuations within seconds.When the voltage exceeds the allowable range,dynamic reactive voltage control can quickly bring the voltage back within the permissible operating range,reducing the duration of voltage overruns.The rapid response of dynamic reactive voltage control can decrease the probability of the wind farm entering a transient state and reduce the risk of the wind farm disconnecting from the grid.The proposed method leverages the speed of dynamic reactive power and voltage control to enhance the voltage control performance of wind farms.
