摘 要:随着当前双碳目标的大力推进,电力系统面临着能源结构升级和转型的重要任务。考虑到当前含EV的微电网优化调度采用分时电价或实时电价的单一手段激励用户参与响应难以匹配风电与系统日负荷的供需差异,容易产生新的负荷峰谷差,提出一种考虑碳交易机制的含EV的微电网优化调度策略。首先考虑微电网和EV作为两个主体产生不同效益建立双层调度模型;其次在分时电价基础上引入碳交易机制,并应用改进的粒子群算法对模型进行求解,以此获得EV最优充放电计划和微电网最优调度策略;最后通过对比不同场景对EV参与优化调度的影响、碳配额交易机制对系统运行的影响等,表明所提模型能有效降低负荷峰谷差、提高双方各自收益,满足了系统整体的经济性以及低碳性的双重效益。With the vigorous promotion of the current dual carbon target,the power system is facing the important task of upgrading and transformation of the energy structure.Considering that the current optimal dispatching of microgrid with electric vehicle(EV)participation adopts the single means of time of use price or real-time price to stimulate users to participate in response,which is difficult to match the difference between supply and demand of wind power and system daily load,and is prone to produce new load peak-valley difference,based on this,this paper proposes an optimal scheduling strategy for microgrid with EV considering carbon trading mechanism.Firstly,a two-level scheduling model was established with the comprehensive benefits of microgrid and EV as the goal.Secondly,the carbon trading mechanism was introduced on the basis of time-of-use electricity price,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model,so as to obtain the optimal charging and discharging plan of EV and the optimal scheduling strategy of microgrid.Finally,by comparing the influence of different scenarios on EV participation in optimal scheduling and the influence of carbon quota trading mechanism on system operation,the analysis results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce the load peak-valley difference and improve the respective revenue of both sides,which meets the double benefits of the overall economy and low carbon of the system.
