摘　　要：针对某发电企业#3机组遭遇严重的失电故障,阐述了事故发生的具体工况、故障处理过程以及故障原因,揭示了技术监管在故障预防和应对中的不足,并提出了改善保护系统设计、提升设备抗干扰能力及优化故障排查流程等技术改进措施,旨在增强电网的稳定性和可靠性。This article elaborates on the specific working conditions,fault handling process,and causes of the serious power outage experienced by Unit#3 a power generation enterprise.Through technical supervision analysis,this article proposes multiple technical improvement measures,including improving the design of protection systems,enhancing equipment anti-interference capabilities,and optimizing fault diagnosis processes,aimed at enhancing the stability and reliability of the power grid.
