摘　　要：针对当前城市配网的现状,开发了专门针对配网设备运行的“一体化远程监控管理系统”,能实现现场各类故障监控设备与个人手机快速方便地无缝链接,并在监控设备启动后,以短信、语音、视频等多种形式将事先编辑好的故障告警信息实时发送到对应的手机上。近2年的运行经验证明,该项实用型技术的应用取得了预期的效果,非常适合配网的故障监控。Aiming at the current situation of urban distribution networks,an"integrated remote monitoring and management system"has been developed specifically for the operation of distribution network equipment.It can quickly and easily achieve seamless connection between various fault monitoring devices on site and personal mobile phones,and after the monitoring device is started,it can send pre-edited fault alarm information in various forms such as SMS,voice,and video to the corresponding mobile phone in real time.The operational experience of the past two years has proved that the application of this practical technology has achieved the expected results and is very suitable for fault monitoring in distribution networks.
