双塔串联脱硫系统一级塔除雾器堵塞研究  

Study on Blockage of Mist Eliminator in First-stage Tower of Double-tower Tandem Desulfurization System

摘  要:除雾器堵塞是影响火电机组经济稳定运行的主要问题之一,某660 MW机组双塔串联脱硫系统一级塔除雾器堵塞,导致机组限负荷。通过对除雾器冲洗、脱硫后的运行参数、石膏及除雾器垢样成分等进行分析,发现一级塔喷淋层19.5%的喷嘴堵塞,影响烟气均布和脱硫效率,是造成除雾器堵塞的根本原因;除雾器堵塞与浆液密度呈正相关;浆液pH值控制高,石膏中碳酸钙及亚硫酸钙含量分别为8.28%和4.05%,易形成硬垢堵塞除雾器;垢样XRF成分分析中硅、铝、铁含量较高,说明除尘器运行效果差,加剧了除雾器堵塞。The blocking of the mist eliminator is one of the main issues affecting the safe and economic operation of the dual tower series desulfurization system.In a power plant,the scaling of mist eliminator in primary tower of 660 MW unit was serious,which had affected the normal operation of the unit.This paper analyzed flushing method of the mist eliminator,operating parameters of desulfurizationsystem,and the composition of gypsum and scale samples of the mist eliminator.19.5%nozzle of spraying layer in primary tower were blocked affecting the uniform distribution of flue gas and the desulfurization efficiency,which was the the root cause of the blocking of the mist eliminator.It was indicated that the blocking of the mist eliminator was positively correlated with the density of the slurry.The pH of the slurry was controlled high during the period.And the contents of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfite in gypsum were 8.28%and 4.05%,which was easy to form a hard dirt to block mist eliminator.The high content of silicon,aluminum and iron in the XRF composition analysis of the scale sample in the slit of the mist eliminator indicated that the dust removal efficiency was low,which exacerbated mist eliminator blocking.
