摘 要:针对埋深较大、煤层较厚的综放工作面巷道围岩变形严重的问题,以不连沟煤矿F6218工作面实际生产条件为背景,采用理论计算、数值模拟及现场监测的研究方法,计算得出煤柱理论宽度应为24.63 m,并采用FLAC ^(3D)模拟验证了切顶卸压效果,对比了不同宽度煤柱应力及塑性区分布规律。结果表明,切顶卸压可以切断顶板应力传播路径,护巷效果显著,且巷道切顶后煤柱宽度可进一步优化;煤柱留设宽度为26 m时,煤柱内部应力集中程度较为缓和,塑性区范围稳定,且存在一定范围的弹性核,满足现场实际生产需要。煤柱钻孔窥视表明,留设26 m煤柱切顶后,煤柱内部存在一定范围的未破坏区域,有利于维护巷道稳定。Aiming at the serious deformation of roadway surrounding rock in fully mechanized caving face with large buried depth and thick coal seam,based on the actual production conditions of F6218 working face in Buliangou Coal Mine,the theoretical width of coal pillar should be 24.63 m by theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field monitoring.FLAC^(3D) simulation is used to verify the effect of roof cutting and pressure relief,and the distribution law of stress and plastic zone of coal pillars with different widths is compared.The results show that roof cutting and pressure relief can cut off the stress propagation path of roof,and the effect of roadway protection is remarkable,and the width of coal pillar can be further optimized after roof cutting.When the width of coal pillar is 26 m,the internal stress concentration of coal pillar is relatively mild,the range of plastic zone is stable,and there is a certain range of elastic core,which meets the actual production needs of the site.The peeping of coal pillar drilling shows that there is a certain range of undamaged area inside the coal pillar after the 26 m coal pillar is cut,which is conducive to maintaining the stability of the roadway.
