沿空巷道爆破切顶卸压与支护参数设计

摘  要:为解决山西某矿1404轨道沿空巷在高支承压力影响下变形量较大的问题,采用预裂爆破切顶技术对巷道顶板进行卸压。利用离散元数值模拟软件分析了不同切顶高度(4 m、8 m、12 m)与不同切顶角度(0°、15°、30°)条件下的顶板变形特征与卸压效果,对比分析了不同支护条件下的巷道围岩变形特征。结果表明,切顶高度12 m,切顶角度15°为适应1404轨道沿空巷工程地质特征的切顶参数,采用锚杆+锚索支护方式对围岩变形进行有效控制,巷道围岩的变形量最终稳定在57~171 mm。In order to solve the problem of large deformation of the goaf roadway along the 1404 track of a mine in Shanxi Province under the influence of high supporting pressure,the pre-cracking blasting roof cutting technology was used to relieve the pressure of the roadway roof.The deformation characteristics and pressure relief effects of the roof under different roof cutting heights(4,8 and 12 m)and different roof cutting angles(0°,15°and 30°)were analyzed by using discrete element numerical simulation software,and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different support conditions were compared and analyzed.The results show that the roof cutting height of 12 m and the roof cutting angle of 15°are the roof cutting parameters suitable for the engineering geological characteristics of the goaf roadway along the 1404 track,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled by the anchor rod+anchor cable support method,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is finally stable at 57~171 mm.
