摘 要:为了能够有效解决景福煤矿临空巷道动压变形严重的问题,基于临空巷道覆岩顶板破断结构特性,提出了采用高强水胶炸药配合专用聚能管进行耦合爆破,通过提高气体定向作用效果,增加爆破对围岩的损伤作用,从而提高深孔破岩深度及定向预裂效果。根据景福煤矿15号煤层的临空巷道覆岩顶板破断结构特征,确定水胶炸药侧向爆破切顶关键技术参数,形成侧向爆破切顶防治临空巷道动压成套技术体系。结果表明,该技术有效控制了临空动压巷道变形,解决了临空巷道受临近工作面开采影响变形严重的难题,降低了巷道支护投入成本,保障了安全高效生产,增加了经济效益。In order to effectively solve the problem of severe dynamic pressure deformation in the goaf roadway of Jingfu Company,based on the roof breaking structure characteristics of the goaf roadway,the coupling blasting with high-strength water-gel explosive and special shaped charge pipe is put forward,which can improve the directional effect of gas,increase the damage effect of blasting on surrounding rock,and improve the depth of deep-hole rock-breaking and directional pre-splitting effect.The key technical parameters of water-gel explosive lateral blasting roof-cutting are determined according to the roof-breaking structure characteristics of 15#goaf roadway in Jingfu Company,forming a complete set of lateral blasting roof-cutting technology system to prevent and control the dynamic pressure of goaf roadway.The results show that the technology can effectively control the deformation of the roadway,solve the problem that the deformation of the roadway is seriously affected by the mining of the adjacent working face,reduce the cost of roadway support,and ensure the safe and efficient production,increased economic benefits.
