大倾角采煤工作面综采设备防倒防滑技术研究

摘  要:为解决大倾角煤层采煤工作面回采过程液压支架倒架、下滑、煤矸飞窜伤人等问题,陕西某矿通过改进液压支架结构,优化回采工艺,设置下端头支架限位装置、行人道和机道全断面防护网等进行研究,改进后的液压支架增加了顶梁和底座防倒千斤顶连接装置,底座与推拉杆边框间距由5 cm减小为3 cm,有效解决了支架下倒和采面回采过程中溜子下滑过快的问题。实践证明,科学合理的回采工艺、液压支架大立柱保持足够的初撑力、超前控制煤壁片帮漏顶,机头超前机尾适当的距离,是保证大倾角采煤工作面正常回采的关键,当支架有倒架和下滑趋势时,采用相邻支架顶梁和底座连接的方式可有效防止支架下滑和倒架情况发生。In order to solve the problems of hydraulic support falling,sliding,and coal gangue flying and injuring people in the mining process of a coal seam with a large inclination angle,a mine in Shaanxi Province conducted research by improving the structure of hydraulic supports,optimizing the mining process,and setting up a limit device for the lower end of the support,a pedestrian path,and a full-length protective net for the machine path.The improved hydraulic support added a jack connection device for the top beam and base beam of the hydraulic support,and the distance between the base and the push-pull rod frame was reduced from 5 cm to 3 cm.This effectively solved the problem of the chute sliding too fast during the mining process.Practice has proved that a scientific and reasonable mining process,sufficient initial support force of the hydraulic support column,advanced control of the coal wall,and an appropriate distance between the head and tail of the machine are the key to ensuring the normal mining of the coal seam with a large inclination angle.When the hydraulic support has a tendency to fall and slide,using the way of connecting the top beam and base beam of adjacent supports can effectively prevent the sliding and falling of the support.
