摘 要:研究了以含氟表面活性剂水溶液为工质并经氧乙炔正火处理后脉动热管的传热性能。首先,采用正火处理对脉动热管的内表面进行改性,由结果可知,正火处理后脉动热管内表面的润湿性得到改善。将PQAI(全氟烷基季铵碘化物)表面活性剂分散在去离子水中作为工质进行脉动热管性能实验研究。实验结果表明,加入少量的PQAI可以大大降低水的表面张力(比水低77.7%)。当热流密度在10—60 W/cm^(2),沸腾传热系数提高5%—37%。将PQAI水溶液应用于具有可润湿表面的脉动热管中,温度脉动曲线与采用纯水工质的脉动热管相比,显示出更小的振幅和更高的温度波动稳定性。结果表明,在100 W的加热功率下,PQAI水溶液脉动热管的热阻与采用纯水工质相比降低了20.8%。The oxy-acetylene normalizing treatment pulsating heat pipe applying fluorosurfactant aqueous solution as working fluid was studied.The normalizing treatment can modify the inner surface of pulsating heat pipe,and the result exhibits the improvement of wettability in comparison with the untreated surface.Moreover,the fluorosurfactant of PQAI(perfluoroalkyl quaternary ammonium iodide)was dispersed into deionized water as working fluid.The experimental results indicate that adding a slight amount of PQAI can greatly reduce the surface tension(77.7% lower than that of water),and boiling heat transfer coefficient is improved by 5%-37% within the heat flux range of 10-60 W/cm 2.Application of PQAI solution to pulsating heat pipe with wettable surface shows less amplitude and higher stability of temperature fluctuation than water pulsating heat pipe.As a result,the thermal resistance of PQAI pulsating heat pipe is decreased by 20.8% at the input power of 100 W in comparison with the water.
