摘 要:针对多晶硅生产冷氢化流化床内气固接触不充分的问题,以φ140 mm×1000 mm实验级双层百叶窗挡板流化床反应器为研究对象,基于CPFD(计算颗粒流体力学)方法对反应器内硅粉流动进行冷态模拟,对比模拟值与实验值验证模拟的准确性。考察挡板开孔、入口气速变化、颗粒粒径对反应器内气固流动特性的影响,获得反应器内颗粒体积分数分布、颗粒速度分布及压力波动特性。结果表明:开孔型百叶窗挡板流化床内压力波动更小,气泡更小,有利于气固接触;随着入口气速的增加,颗粒分布出现一定程度上的偏流,气泡逐渐变大,颗粒里返混逐渐增强,入口气速为0.117 m/s时,返混较小、未出现明显偏流;宽粒度分布颗粒流化时气泡更小。Aiming at the problem of insufficient gas-solid contact in the cold hydrogenation fluidized bed for polysilicon production,a cold simulation of silica powder flow in the reactor was carried out based on the CPFD(computational particle fluid dynamics)method using a φ140 mm×1000 mm experimental-grade double-layer louverer baffle fluidized bed reactor as the object of the study,and the simulation was verified by comparing simulated values with experimental values.The effects of baffle opening,inlet gas velocity change and particle size on the gas-solid flow characteristics in the reactor were investigated,and the particle volume fraction distribution,particle velocity distribution and pressure fluctuation characteristics in the reactor were obtained.The results show that the pressure fluctuation inside the fluidized bed with open-type shutter baffle is smaller,and the bubbles are smaller,which is conducive to the gas-solid contact.With the increase of inlet gas velocity,the particle distribution appears to a certain degree of bias flow,and the bubbles gradually become larger,and the mixing in the particles is gradually strengthened.The mixing is smaller when the inlet gas velocity is 0.117 m/s,and no obvious bias flow appears.The bubbles are smaller when the particles of wide size distribution are fluidized.
