摘 要:圆盘反应器是聚酯工业中典型的终缩聚反应器,其成膜特性和表面更新是传质强化的关键。以卧式单轴圆盘反应器为研究对象,选用高黏度牛顿流体糖浆为模拟物料,通过CFD(计算流体力学)模拟研究流动成膜特性和表面更新性能,考察转速和黏度的影响。研究表明:重力对流动成膜过程具有重要影响,液膜根据速度大小可以分为起始区域、加速区域和稳定区域。液膜厚度随着转速和黏度的增加而增大。理想情况下的表面更新大于变形率。理想情况下的表面更新性能和黏度无关,与转速呈线性增加。基于变形率时,表面更新随着转速增加而增大,随着黏度增加而减小。The horizontal single-shaft rotating disk reactor is a typical final polycondensation reactor in polyester industry.The film formation characteristics and surface renewal are the key to enhancing mass transfer.CFD simulation was used to investigate the film formation characteristics and surface renewal in a horizontal single-shaft rotating disk reactor with highly viscous syrup Newtonian fluid as simulation material.The effect of rotating speed and viscosity was investigated.The results show that the gravity greatly affects the film flow and formation process.The film on rotating disk can be divided into three regions based on velocity magnitude,which are the initial,acceleration and stable region.Film thickness tends to increase with the increasing rotating speed and viscosity.The surface renewal under ideal condition is larger than the rate of film formation.The surface renewal under ideal condition is independent of viscosity and increases linearly with rotating speed.For the rate of film deformation,surface renewal increases with increasing rotating speed and decreases with increasing viscosity.
