摘  要:居里温度是铁磁性/亚铁磁性材料的基本特征,由物质的化学成分和晶体结构决定。本文对永磁材料和软磁材料居里温度测量的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明,永磁材料居里温度测试条件外磁场大小、升温速率、保温时间以及软磁材料居里温度测试条件频率、电压等对居里温度测量结果均有很大的影响。对于永磁材料,采用振动样品磁强计法测量热磁(m-T)曲线获得居里温度,随着外磁场的增加,m-T曲线斜率变缓;随着升温速率的增加,m-T曲线往温度升高方向移动;对于尺寸为4 mm的样品,达到指定温度590 K后的15 s内,磁矩值相对变化量约为5%;温度点稳定时间达到1 min后,磁矩值相对变化量约2%。对于阻抗分析仪法测试电感随温度变化(L-T)曲线,随着电压和频率的增加,L-T曲线斜率变缓,且磁导率关于温度的峰值逐渐消失。为了得到相对准确的居里温度结果,需要对测试条件进行规范。采用实例分析居里温度在纳米复合永磁材料相甄别的应用。Magnetism is one of the basic properties of materials,which was recognized about three thousand years ago.Magnetic materials could be divided into hard magnetic materials and soft magnetic materials.Among them,hard magnetic materials referred to magnetic materials that were magnetized to be saturated in the external magnetic field.After removing the external magnetic field,they could still maintain high remanence and provide a stable magnetic field,also known as permanent magnet materials.Using this feature,permanent magnet materials were widely used in the field of energy,information and communication,transportation,computer,medical equipment and many other industries.In recent years,permanent magnet materials had shown superior performance in the fields of energy-saving household appliances,hybrid electric vehicles/pure electric vehicles and wind and hydropower,which had attracted more and more attentions.Permanent magnet materials were the main accessories of various electronic products including consumer household appliances and industrial machines.The application of permanent magnet materials in the motor could efficiently realize the energy conversion.Moreover,the permanent magnet excitation could reduce the energy consumption and improve the performance of the motor.However,due to the strong temperature dependence for the performance of the permanent magnet,the high temperature would lead to the irreversible loss of magnetic properties,affecting the application of permanent magnet materials.The ferromagnetic/subferromagnetic materials had a Curie temperature T_c,which was the critical temperature value of the mutual transformation between the spin-ordered ferromagnetic state and the spin-disordered paramagnetic state inside the magnetic material.It was a magnetic performance parameter directly related to temperature stability in addition to intrinsic coercivity and remanence temperature coefficient.It reflected the main physical parameters of the internal magnetic properties of the magnetic material and wa
