摘　　要：“一带一路”建设迈入数字时代,数字丝绸之路成为高质量发展的核心引擎,但也面临诸多数字风险,如网络攻击、数据泄露、隐私保护难题等,同时全球数字经济治理规则不完善,沿线国家数字发展水平不一,协同治理困难。数字丝路安全智库成立五年来,通过聚合专家智慧、打造专家协作体系助力“一带一路”建设;突破地域瓶颈,构建跨国数字安全合作网络;创新运行机制,构建产学研深度融合平台;引领学术前沿,开展前沿课题研究,为“一带一路”数字安全合作提供智力支持。未来,智库将秉持开放、合作、创新理念,深化国际合作交流,加强人才培养、技术创新,拓展服务领域,为“一带一路”建设和全球治理贡献更多中国智慧与方案。The Belt and Road Initiative has entered the digital age,and the Digital Silk Road has become the core engine for high-quality development.However,it also faces numerous digital risks,such as cyber-attacks,data breaches,and challenges in privacy protection.Moreover,the global digital economy governance rules are imperfect,and the digital development levels of countries along the Belt and Road vary,making coordinated governance difficult.In the five years since its establishment,the Digital Silk Road Security Think Tank has contributed to the Belt and Road construction by gathering expert wisdom and building an expert collaboration system;breaking through geographical bottlenecks and constructing a transnational digital security cooperation network;innovating the operation mechanism and building a deep-integration platform for industry-university-research;leading academic frontiers and conducting cutting-edge research projects,thus providing intellectual support for digital security cooperation along the Belt and Road.In the future,the think tank will uphold the concepts of openness,cooperation,and innovation,deepen international cooperation and exchanges,strengthen talent cultivation and technological innovation,expand service areas,and contribute more Chinese wisdom and solutions to the Belt and Road construction and global governance.
